When you find an item that you'd like to purchase, type the quantity required and click the 'Add to cart' button directly underneath the product, and it will be added to your shopping cart.
You can add as many items to your cart as you like.
To remove an item from your cart, click the 'Remove' button in the item's details.
If you would like to increase or decrease the number of any item that's in your cart, change the number in the 'Quantity' box.
When you're ready to make your purchase, click the 'Checkout' button from your cart, and you will be led through the checkout process.

If paying by Gift Certificate – enter your unique code found on the certificate and click ‘Make Payment’ to continue.
You will be presented with a page displaying your order number. You'll also receive an email with all your order details listed. It's important that you provide us with a valid email address.

You can pay by credit card, directly into our bank account or by Sydney Organic Gardens Gift Certificate.
How long will your order take to arrive?
Your order will arrive at your delivery address within ten days. Occasionally stock may be in short supply and delayed, and if this happens we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

Our return policy for online orders
We have selected the best quality certified organic products for you to choose from and expect that you will be satisfied with them. If however, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know.
You can return the products to us within 14 days and receive a full refund or gift certificate to the value of the returned goods. Returned products must be in new condition. Payment for their return is your responsibility, and our original delivery charges will not be refunded.
To return something you must first contact us for instructions on how best to return your order so we can process your refund.
